Frequently Asked Questions

Wealth management clients have a personalized review schedule and will normally have 1-3 review meetings per year, along with any additional meetings that are needed to cover life events.

We review progress toward your goals, discuss changes in your life, evaluate planning opportunities, and make recommendations where appropriate.

Contact us as soon as possible. Events such as retirement, inheritance, job changes, business sales, relocation, marriage, divorce, or the loss of a loved one can significantly impact your financial plan.

Whenever possible, please give three business days prior notice when rescheduling or canceling a meeting. This helps your planner better use that time to help someone else. Please allow up to one full business day for a response.

Absolutely, we encourage it. Great planning often includes collaboration with the other professionals involved in your financial life.

A program similar to credit card points, where clients get points based on the amount of money they have managed by SEED. These points may be used towards tuition discounts at select colleges.

Disclaimer: Sage Tuition Rewards is a separate company. We do not control Sage, nor do we have any control over how or when you use their services. We provide access to the program for clients as a courtesy. Points do not have a cash value.

Call 607-217-5091. You can talk to your planner, a member of our Client Experience team, or anyone on our operations teams. Everyone will help you! To protect against fraudsters, we NEED to speak to you verbally to process a request. If you leave a message, we will call you back. Please be prepared to provide your full name, where the funds are (Fidelity, Schwab, Nationwide, Aspire, etc.), and the last four of your Social Security number.

You can call our Operations Team at 607-217-5091 and press option 0 when presented with automated options, or you can email at service@seedpg.com. Please allow up to one business day for a response.

Please reach out to your planner for support. We will need a voided check or a letter on bank letterhead including your full name, routing, and account number.

If you have set up a Stripe account with us, you can login using this link: S.E.E.D. Planning Group LLC Billing. Alternatively, you can email tdodd@seedpg.com.

1- You should only receive requests from Adobe, DocuSign through Fidelity, Fidelity’s digital platform, DocuSign through Schwab, or Schwab’s digital platform.

2- Fidelity and Schwab will prompt you to log in to your accounts for verification.

3- Adobe will require a password, which should have been provided already by our Operations Team.

CAUTION: A lot of fraud starts with signature requests via email. If you are not expecting to sign something or it is not clear what you are signing, contact us first so we can help.

Click on the blue “Read the Message” button. Select “sign in with a one-time passcode” and a code will be sent to your email. Leaving the webpage open, retrieve and enter the email.

Use your Orion or eMoney client portal whenever possible. If you need assistance accessing your portal, contact your planner.
