About SEED

Why we started SEED

“Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.” – Warren Buffet

The financial industry often makes money more complicated than it needs to be and too many people are left feeling intimidated by jargon, confused by conflicting advice, and uncertain whether the person sitting across the table is truly acting in their best interest. Hardworking families, retirees, and business owners struggle to find advice they can trust. Wealth management should empower people with the intention to educate, guide, and help individuals make confident decisions about their future.

S.E.E.D. Planning Group started as a response to this issue, founded with a simple idea: put people first and make real financial planning more accessible, always be honest and transparent, and drop the confusing industry jargon. We believe trusting relationships matter more than transactions, education should always be prioritized over sales, and clients need to be treated as partners in the planning process rather than spectators.

Today, SEED reflects the belief that wealth management can be a force for positive change. Our mission extends beyond the industry focus of investment management and retirement planning to helping people build confidence, reduce financial stress, and create meaningful lives. SEED challenges the notion that financial success is out of the common person’s reach or that people need complicated and expensive financial products to take control of their financial future. We built SEED to be your financial advocate, helping you overcome the challenges that are keeping you from financial success.

Our Management Team

Our management team does more than manage people and processes. It helps preserve the culture, values, and client-first mindset that defines who we are.

While some firms focus management efforts primarily on sales goals or production targets, our management team is dedicated to supporting both our clients and our employees. Working hard to develop talent, improve client experience, strengthen collaboration, and ensure that every decision reflects our fiduciary responsibility, the result is a firm that can grow while remaining personal, responsive, and deeply committed to the people and communities we serve.

Our Leadership Team

We believe the people who help build SEED’s future should have the opportunity to share in that future. Equity participation aligns the interests of our team members with the clients and communities we serve, encouraging long-term thinking, accountability, and a true ownership mindset. Rather than focusing on short-term results, our employees are invested in creating lasting value through exceptional service, strong relationships, and continuous improvement.

This approach helps ensure that SEED remains client-focused and built to endure for generations. When our employees have a stake in the firm’s success, they are empowered to think like owners, act as stewards of our mission, and help shape the future of the organization alongside our management team. Equity participation is one of the ways we recognize that the success of SEED is a team achievement, not the result of any one person alone.
