October 2024 – Syracuse, NY – S.E.E.D. Planning Group is proud to announce that Rick Hayes has joined the firm as a data analyst in their Syracuse office.   

Before joining S.E.E.D., Rick served as a Vice President and Operations Manager at Cadaret, Grant & Co. for over nineteen years. He also spent twenty-two years at JP Morgan Chase as an Assistant Vice President and Sorter Operator.    

Rick earned his associate’s degree in computer science from Onondaga Community College. He and his wife, Jennifer, currently reside in Liverpool, New York.
