June 2023 – S.E.E.D. Planning Group is proud to announce that Dave Nirchi has been named Chief Operating Officer for the firm. He joined S.E.E.D. in January 2021 and was named to S.E.E.D.’s leadership team in September of 2022.

In his role, Dave works closely with our team leads on developing and managing business operations. He is also responsible for implementing strategic initiatives across the company and recruiting and developing our people.

Born and raised in Endicott, NY, Dave earned an A.S. in Business Administration from Broome Community College and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Iona University. He and his wife, Natalie, and their three sons, Rocco, Niccolo, and Marco, reside in Endicott and are deeply rooted in the community, with much of their family still residing in the area.
